All people vary in their customs of background, approaches, work to the conditions and association with others. It becomes essential to guarantee that all individuals perform towards the pre-defined common goals of the company. But employees may have their individual specific goals too.

  • Specialisation: Contemporary organisations are defined by a high degree of specialisation.
