GUJCET Eligibility Criteria 2023
Candidates have to ensure that they fulfil the following criteria to be eligible for GUJCET:
- Candidates should be Indian citizens.
- Candidates must be domiciled in Gujarat (If claiming reservation).
- The candidate’s age must not be less than 17 years.
- Candidates must have cleared their Class 12 exam from a recognised board.

GUJCET 2023 Admit Card – Download Procedure
- Visit the GSHSEB Board official website – gsebeservice.com
- Click on the tab “GUJCET Hall Ticket”. (Please note: The link will be made available a few weeks before the commencement of the exam.)
- Select one of the two modes of accessing the hall ticket – “Name and Captcha” or “Application Number.”
- Click “Search”, and the hall ticket will be displayed on the screen.
- To save it to take a printout or to view it offline, right-click on the hall ticket and select the “save as” option. Select the format as PDF and then click “save.” The admit card will now be available on the candidate’s local machine.
Important Instructions for the Exam: Candidates are requested to carry the GUJCET admit card, along with a photocopy of any ID proof, to the examination hall. (Either a voter card, PAN card, Aadhar card, passport or driving licence)
GUJCET Question Paper 2023
The GUJCET 2023 question paper contains multiple-choice questions for the prescribed subjects. There shall be one combined question paper for Physics and Chemistry. That means 40 questions of Physics (40 marks) and 40 questions of Chemistry (40 marks). Thus, a total of 80 questions, 80 marks and 120 minutes will be allocated to Physics and Chemistry together. Also, there will be one OMR answer sheet for 80 answers. There will be separate question papers for Biology and Mathematics; thus, a separate OMR answer sheet shall also be given for 40 answers. Therefore, 40 questions in Biology (40 marks & 60 minutes) and 40 in Mathematics (40 marks & 60 minutes).
GUJCET Answer Key and Results 2023
The GSEB will first publish the GUJCET 2023 provisional answer key, which will also be open to raising objections or challenges. The GUJCET 2023 answer key will be available online on the official website – gujcet.org. Candidates can download the answer key using the link provided in PDF format. After the release of the final answer key, the exam conducting body will declare the results.
GUJCET Selection Process 2023
After appearing for the GUJCET exam, candidates will be allocated a rank according to the marks they have secured. Based on these marks, they can choose their desired course and institution in the counselling process (Seat availability is subject to rank secured and reservation status of the candidates).
