Maharatna Companies
- Maharatna Companies are those PSUs with an annual turnover of more than 25,000 crores in the past 3 years.
- Along with the Navaratna Status, the company should be listed on the Indian Stock Exchange with a prescribed public shareholding.
- An average annual net worth of more than 15,000 and an annual net profit after tax of more than 5000 during the last three years are also mandatory for the Maharatna status.
