There is one national park in Sikkim – Khangchendzonga Biosphere Reserve. There are 7 wildlife sanctuaries in Sikkim.
Khangchendzonga National Park also known as Kanchenjunga Biosphere Reserve is a national park and a biosphere reserve that was inscribed to the UNESCO World Heritage Sites list in July 2016, becoming the first “Mixed Heritage” site of India.
