What is a amber box in WTO terminology?

In WTO terminology, subsidies are given for agriculture ventures.It also includes the amounts spent on Government services such as research, disease control, and infrastructure and food security.

They are given traffic light colours like green, amber and red.

Amber box are those subsidies that can distort international trade by making products of a particular  country cheaper in comparison to other countries products. Examples of amber subsidies include, electricity, seeds, fertilizers, irrigation, minimum support prices etc.
