The Ramgarh wildlife sanctuary is the 52nd tiger reserve of India. It received a nod from the National Tiger Conservation Authority’s (NTCA) technical committee to become the 4th Tiger reserve of Rajasthan. The Ramgarh sanctuary covers an area of around 252 square kilometres. A variety of wild animals like the Indian wolf, leopard, striped hyena, sloth bear, golden jackal, chinkara and nilgai are found here.
