As per Article 32, individuals can move to the Supreme Court if they are being denied their fundamental rights that are guaranteed in the Constitution.
Article 32 is included in Part lll of the Indian Constitution.
The Supreme Court has the right to issue orders, or writs in nature of Habeas Corpus, Mandamus, Prohibition, Quo warranto, and Certiorari for the enforcement of the rights.
The right guaranteed by article 32 cannot be suspended except as otherwise provided by this Constitution.
