Who designed the Parliament of India?

• The foundation stone of the building was laid on February 12, 1921, by the Duke of Connaught. 
• It was designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens and Sir Herbert Baker, and it took six years to be constructed, and at a cost of Rs. 83 lakh.
