Amidst the ongoing pandemic and lockdown situation going on in the country, BITSAT 2021 has also been postponed. As per the official notification released on the official website, the exact exam schedule will be announced sometime during June 2021. Earlier, the exam was scheduled to be held from June 24 to 29, 2021. The exam authority has also mentioned that BITSAT-2021 tests will likely be conducted during July-August 2021.
Along with the exam dates being postponed, the deadline for submission of applications has also been extended. Interested candidates can now submit their forms by June 30 up to 5 pm on the official website (bitsadmission.com).
As for the application fee, male candidates will have to pay Rs. 3,400 and female candidates will have to pay Rs. 2,900. Candidates in Dubai will have to pay Rs. 7,000.
BITSAT entrance test is conducted for admission to integrated first-degree programmes at BITS, Pilani. They also have campuses in Goa and Hyderabad. The exam is held for three hours and subjects include Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology (for BPharm candidates). English Proficiency and Logical Reasoning are also present.
