In a new notification, National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced new dates for the JEE Main 2022 session 1 and session 2 exams. According to the official notification published by NTA on April 6, 2022, the revised dates of the session 1 exam are 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, and 29 June 2022. Earlier, the exam was scheduled to be held on 21, 24, 25, 29 April, and 1, 4 May 2022.Â
Session 2 of JEE Main 2022 will be conducted on 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30 July 2022. Previously, the session 2 exams were supposed to be held on 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, and 29 May 2022.
The new exam schedule for JEE Main 2022 has been primarily set as the formerly notified dates were clashing with Board Exam dates for many students. Additionally, due to the numerous representations received from the candidates seeking the change of dates for both Session 1 and Session 2 of JEE (Main) – 2022; the National Testing Agency has considered rescheduling the dates of JEE (Main) – 2022 Session 1 and Session 2.Â
NTA has further informed that the intimation of the city will be updated soon on the official website (jeemain.nta.nic.in). Also, the download of JEE Main 2022 admit cards will be intimated at a later stage.
