NEET 2017 Exam Admit Card Released Today

CBSE has released the NEET 2017 exam admit card today. The exam would be held for NEET UG aspirants. The test would be held as per the schedule viz. 7th May 2017.

The exam is mainly held for aspirants seeking admissions to BDS/MBBS courses in colleges across the country. Within a couple of days, the exam hall ticket will be uploaded by the authorities in the CBSE NEET exam website. The main details, which the candidates are expected to enter in order to download the admit card include, the Application ID and Date of Birth (DOB).

How to download the Admit Card

Step 1– Visit the official website of CBSE.

Step 2– Once you enter the home page,  click the link titled ‘Candidate Login’  beside the ‘ Online Services’ link on the left-hand side.

Step 3– Enter your registration number and password in the respective fields and click the submit button.

Step 4– Follow the given instructions for downloading the admit card.

Step 5– Cross check all the details mentioned on the admit card once it appears on the screen.

Step 6– Aspirants could save the admit card and take a print out of the same for future use.

About NEET Exam

The NEET is a medical/dental exam held across the country that would offer courses like BDS, MBBS in accredited private or government institutes. Earlier, the All India Pre Medical Test (AIPMT) was replaced by the NEET exam. The supervision and release of results for the exam are conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education.

The exam became mandatory as per the orders of the Honorable Supreme Court, for admission to medical and dental courses. Expectedly, a large number of aspirants applied for the exam on 7th of May. Around 12 lakh candidates have registered for the exam. Aspirants would be able to attend the exam through the centres allocated to them. The details contained in the exam call letter would include, roll number, name, exam dates and so on.  By March 1st 2017, the online application process was completed.
