NEET 2018: Correction Process To Begin From March 15

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is the qualifying examination for medical courses like MBBS and BDS. The correction window for NEET 2018 exam will be open from 15th March 2018. Medical aspirants who have applied for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test 2018 can now take the ‘One Time Correction Opportunity’ to make any correction in the data filled in the NEET Application Form.

The correction process for NEET Exam 2018 is scheduled to start on March 15, since the NEET online application process has closed on March 12. Despite the reminders and constant updates about the NEET application form, many candidates have missed out crucial details while filling the application form. The online correction process for NEET 2018 will open on 15th March and will close on 17th March 2018. Candidates are suggested to make the required changes in the NEET 2018 application before the correction window closes.

To ensure that every candidate’s data is 100% correct, the Central Board of Secondary Education is providing this correction opportunity to all applicants. According to CBSE notice, the correction will be allowed as per the following details only in their online NEET application form.

  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • The state code of eligibility
  • Category
  • Disability status

The official notice regarding the correction process contains all the information required to make the correction in the online application. Also ‘Who can add’ and ‘Who cannot add’ are also specified in the official notice, to make things easier for the candidates.

  3. Click on the link ‘One-time Correction’
  4. The PDF format of the notice will be displayed
