The deadline to submit the practical, internal assessment and projects for CBSE class 10 and 12 has been extended by the Central Board of Secondary Education. The extension has been made for both Term 1 and Term 2 submissions. The last date to upload the submissions for CBSE class 10 is 31 May, 2022, while for CBSE class 12 it is 5 June, 2022.
The board has taken this decision as a result of many schools requesting for extension of the deadline. It has also come to notice that marks assessment of term 1 and term 2 for cbse class 10 and class 12 have still not been uploaded. Earlier, the deadline for the submission was set as 10 days after the assessment by the school. The official notification for the deadline extension came on Wednesday, 25 June 2022.
According to the reports the Practical Examination/ Project/ Internal Assessment marks of 39 schools for term 1 and 537 schools for term 2 for Class 10 are still pending, whereas for class 12, practical Examination/ Project/ Internal assessment marks of 141 schools for term 1 and 185 schools for term 2 are pending.
Due to the extension in the deadline of submission it is very much likely that there will be an effect on the declaration of the results and the Central Board of Secondary Education will announce the results of cbse class 10 and 12 a bit late.
