Latest Notification

• The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) has announced that the English (first language) syllabus for Intermediate second-year has been revised for the 2023-24 academic year. The Board has released a statement that the textbooks with the updated syllabus will be available for purchase soon.
• The TSBIE has announced the dates for the Intermediate 2nd year (Class 12) exam. The Telangana Board Class 12 exams were conducted from 16th March 2023 to 4th April 2023.
• The TSBIE has extended the last date for payment of the Intermediate 2nd year public examination fees. 
• The TSBIE has released the hall ticket for the 2023 Intermediate Class 12 (2nd year) board exams. Students can download the hall ticket from the official website.

About Telangana Class 12 Board

The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education regulates and supervises Intermediate (Class 11 and Class 12) education in the state. Telangana Intermediate 2nd Year Board Exam Timetable

The TSBIE conducts the Telangana Intermediate 2nd year public exams every year in March/April. The board also conducts a supplementary exam in June/July for repeaters or students who failed the board exam. This year, the Intermediate 2nd year examinations will be held from 16th March 2023 and continue till 4th April 2023. Telangana Intermediate Board Class 12 Results Year-wise Comparison

The Telangana Inter 2nd year public examination is conducted in March/April every year. Since its inception in 2014, over 4 lakh students have appeared for the exams every year. But 2019 saw a steep decline in the number of students when only 3,82, 534 students appeared for the exam. The pass percentage has slowly but consistently increased over the past few years. In 2020 and 2021, the Telangana Board cancelled the Intermediate 2nd year (Class 12) exams due to Covid-19. The Board passed all the students who’d registered for the exam. In 2022, 4,42,000 students appeared for the TS Class 12 (2nd year) exam and this year, 465478 students appeared for the exam.
