UPSEE Exam Pattern

Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination – UPSEE (UPCET) consists of 8 papers with different combinations of subjects. Candidates can choose the paper depending on his/her course preference. It is an offline examination with an objective multiple type question paper, except for drawing aptitude test in Paper 3. For every correct answer, candidates are given +4 marks. There is no negative marking in UPSEE (UPCET).

Marking Scheme

  • All the answers should be marked on the OMR sheet using (Black / Blue) ballpoint pen.
  • All correct answers will be given +4 marks each.
  • If the candidate marks more than one answer for a question, it will be deemed as an incorrect answer.
  • There will be no negative marking in UPSEE 2023.
