WBCHSE (West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Examination) has postponed the HSC Board Exams 2020. Rescheduled dates for these West Bengal Board exams are expected to be announced after 15 April 2020.
This decision was taken in the wake of news of two confirmed Covid-19 cases from West Bengal.
At the same time, many of the schools and colleges in the country also announced that they have postponed the board exams. States such as Delhi and Maharashtra also released notifications on the cancellation of all the internal examinations.
These State Governments have also advised schools to promote all the students to the next class, unconditionally.
