West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board Releases WBJEE Admit Card 2020

West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE), the state-level exam is a gateway for candidates seeking admission into B.Tech and B.Pharma courses at the universities, government colleges and self-financing engineering and technical institutions in West Bengal. WBJEE 2020 is expected to be conducted by West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board in offline mode on February 2, 2020.

Students can now download the WBJEE 2020 Admit Card from the official site, made active on 24 January 2020. Given below are the steps to download the admit card.

Step 3: Registered candidates can log in by entering the required details

Step 4: Finally sign in and access the admit card

Students can also keep a copy of the admit card for future reference or use, if required.

It may also be noted that the WBJEE Exam Pattern contains two offline Papers – Paper 1 (Mathematics) and Paper 2 (Physics and Chemistry) conducted in two sessions. Candidates wishing to get into Engineering, Architecture and Pharmacy programs in all participating colleges will have to appear for both Paper 1 and Paper 2. They will also be awarded the General Merit List.

At the same time, students who appear for only Paper 2 will be awarded the Pharmacy Merit List and will be eligible for only Pharmacy courses except in Jadavpur University. Meanwhile, candidates are also required to have qualified for the NATA 2020 or JEE Main 2020 Paper 2 for admission in Architecture programs except in Jadavpur University. WBJEE Syllabus consists of topics from the West Bengal Board Syllabus of Classes 11 and 12 Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. Further, the questions in the exam are also expected to be divided into 3 categories.
