CAIIB Salary 2023 Highlights

According to the rules of the IBA (The Indian Banking Association), candidates who will pass the CAIIB are eligible for a hike in their existing wage.

- The CAIIB Salary Increment will vary depending on whether the employee is a bank officer or a clerk.
- There will be two compensation increases for clerks. After clearing the CAIIB Exam, a bank clerk will earn Rs 11765 + Rs 655 x 3 (increments) = Rs 13730 /- (Basic). After completing the CAIIB Exam, officers’ salaries will increase by one.
