SLNP (Street Lighting National Programme)
- It is the largest street lighting programme in the world
- The SLNP programme is presently running in Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Assam, Tripura, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Goa, Maharashtra, Gujarat and Rajasthan
- It is being implemented by the Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL), a joint venture under the Ministry of Power, Government of India.
National Conference on e-Governance (NCeG)
- 20th National Conference on e-Governance will be held in Vishakhapatnam (AP)
- It is being organized by The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG), Government of India, in association with the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeITY) and the Government of Andhra Pradesh
       About NCeG
- Has played an important role in promoting ‘minimum government and maximum governance’
- Organized by MeITY and DARPG
- MeITY was previously DeITY (Department of Electronics and Information Technology), which was under the ministry of Communications and Information Technology. The above said order was issued by the government in July 2016 Â
