RRB (Railway Recruitment Board) Group D Application Form

The application form for RRB Group D is released when the official notification is published by the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB).

The application for RRB Group D 2021 was announced on 8 December 2021. The modification link for the same went live on 15th December 2021 and will be available until 26 December 2021.

The first phase – Computer-Based Test (CBT) will be tentatively conducted on 23rd February 2022. Further, dates will be communicated in the coming months by the RRB.

1. Visit the official website of the RRB of the respective RRB region.
2. Search for the link RRB Group D Recruitment Notification.
3. Click on Apply Online button
4. Select New Registration, if the candidates are applying for the first time and have not registered before.
5. Fill up all the details like personal, contact and academic details.
6. Upload scanned copy of photograph and signature.
7. Proceed with the fee payment process
8. Preview the application form and submit it.
9. Take a printout of the application form for future use.

Points to keep in mind when filling in RRB Group D Application Form

Read the instructions carefully: Candidates must read the instructions carefully before filling the RRB application form. It is essential that candidates understand all the information in RRB notification to prevent any mistakes while filling the application form.

Keep the scanned documents ready: Before filling the application form, candidates must keep the scanned documents such as photograph, signature, SC/ST Certificate (if applicable) and scribe photograph (wherever applicable) in JPEG format ready.

Check railway vacancies: Candidates are advised to check the post parameter table and vacancy table to ascertain the vacancies notified against all railways, and then decide the railway for which they wish to apply.

Keep valid mobile number and email ID ready: Candidates are advised to have a valid mobile number and email ID and should be kept active throughout the recruitment process. All communications from RRBs/RRCs will be sent through SMS/email. Only one online registration is permitted through one mobile number and one email ID.
