Indoor toxins are pollutants that cause air pollutants within a structure. The most common indoor toxins are:

- Secondhand Smoke/ Environmental Tobacco Smoke
- Volatile Organic Compounds
Some of these are emitted from aerosol products, dry-cleaned clothing, paints, varnishes, glues, art supplies, cleaners, spot removers.
