  1. Making inventories of information about selected species and habitats
  2. Examining the conservation status of species that dwell in the specified ecosystems
  3. Creating targets for conservation and restoration of endangered species
  4. Establishing budgets, timelines and partnerships for the effective implementation of biodiversity action plans
