Which chemical is used in green crackers?

The chemicals used in green crackers are aluminium, barium, potassium nitrate and carbon. Green crackers are less polluting and less noisier than their conventional counterparts.

The use of green crackers is encouraged to mitigate the worst effects of air and noise pollution. Green crackers are made with reduction in size of shell, elimination of ash usage,reduced usage of raw materials in the compositions.
