Who governs the Green Climate Fund?

The Green Climate Fund is governed by a board of representatives from 24 countries while receiving guidance from the COnference of the Parties to the Convention (COP). 

The Green Climate Fund was created by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), its aim was to support a proper response of the global community with respect to climate change.
