Who was the 15th Finance Commissioner of India?

Nand Kishore Singh is the chairman of the 15th Finance Commissioner of India. The 15th Finance Commission of India was constituted in November 2017. You can read about the Fiscal Responsibility & Budget Management (FRBM) Act in the given link.

Shaktikanta Das (RBI Governor) was also a member of the 15th finance commission. The 15th Finance Commission was tasked with the responsibility of giving recommendations on fiscal matters for five fiscal years and regarding devolution of taxes.
