JEE Main 2014 Paper I Analysis: Chemistry
- Chemistry was on the easier side compared with Physics & MathematicsÂ
- All the three parts of Chemistry were easy and scoring. More number of questions were set from Physical chemistry and least were from Inorganic chemistry.Â
- There wasn’t any ambiguity in chemistry questions. So, most of the questions were straightforward.
- Students can save time in solving the questions and use it for other sections.

- Physics Paper was above average and some of the questions involved calculations, which made the paper a bit lengthy and difficult.
- Questions were asked from topics such as Fluid Mechanics and properties of matter, electrodynamics. These questions were difficult in nature.
- More weightage was given to chapters like Mechanics & Electromagnetism, Optics, Modern Physics and Magnetics.
