JEE Main 2021 application correction window is said to begin from January 27th as per the official notification released by NTA. This facility will remain open till January 30. This is a chance for students to correct the errors they may have made at the time of filling the application form.
Students can make changes in their application by visiting the official website (jeemain.nta.nic.in) and opening the correction window link provided there. It is to be noted that students will not be able to change all the details in the JEE Main 2021 registration form.
However, details such as the candidates’ name, date of birth, contact info or address, PwD status, educational qualification, category, choice of exam cities, etc can be corrected. Once changed and submitted these details will be considered final. As per the details mentioned on the official notice, “Any request for a change in such particulars after the closure of the correction period will not be considered by NTA under any circumstances.”
Only those students who have successfully completed their online registration of JEE Main 2021 will be able to make the required changes in their application form.
