The online test for the post of EXIM Bank Management Trainee was held at various centres on January 8, 2023. The Personal interview was conducted from March 13 to March 25, 2023. The final results of the EXIM Bank Management Trainee exam are expected to be released soon.

• The details of the exam venue and the reporting time will be given in the admit card.
• Candidates should reach the examination centre at the reporting time. Those who reach the examination centre late will not be allowed to write the exam.
• Applicants should carry the admit card with a passport size photograph pasted on it. Candidates should also bring a ball-point pen and an ink stamp pad (blue/black) to the exam centre.
• Along with the call letter, candidates should also bring a valid original photo identity card and its photocopy. Ration Card and Learner’s Driving Licence are not accepted as valid id proofs. A list of valid photo ID proof is given below:
  • PAN Card
  • Passport
  • Permanent Driving License
  • Voter’s Card with photograph
  • Bank Passbook with photograph
  • Photo Identity proof issued by a Gazetted Officer on official letterhead along with photograph
  • Photo Identity proof issued by a People’s Representative on official letterhead along with photograph
  • Valid recent Identity Card issued by a recognized College/University
  • Aadhaar Card/E-Aadhaar Card with a photograph
  • Employee ID in original
  • Bar Council Identity card with photograph
• Applicants are not allowed to carry any electronic gadgets or written notes to the exam venue.
• Candidates must make sure that their names exactly match those on their photo ID proof and admission cards. For applicants who have changed their names, a copy of their original marriage certificate or a Gazette notice should be produced.
• The bank will not entertain any requests to change in the exam centre.
• Applicants should regularly check the EXIM Bank’s website to get updates related to the Management Trainee exam.
• Candidates will, to the greatest extent possible, be assigned to a centre of their preference. The bank, however, retains the right to place candidates in any centre other than the one they have selected.
• Based on administrative viability, the number of applications, and other factors, the EXIM bank can cancel or change any exam centres.
