Candidates who qualify the preliminary exam will be shortlisted for the mains exams and the final selection of candidates will be based on the marks scored in the mains exam.Â

RBI Assistant Salary

As per the official RBI Assistant notification, starting basic pay of Rs. 14,650 is given to the employees at the pay scale of 13150–750(3)–15400–900(4)–19000–1200(6)–26200–1300(2)–28800–1480(3)–33240–1750(1)–34990. At present, the initial monthly gross emoluments of an Assistant is approximately Rs. 36,091.Â
