UPSC Civil Services Examination Interview Transcripts

The final stage of the UPSC Civil Services Examination is the Personality Test/Interview Round which takes place after prelims and mains exam and generally held in the following year i.e., if the Civil Services Exam Prelims and Mains exam conclude in 2016, the interview round will be held in March/April of the next year i.e., 2017. Most of the candidates have no clue about what kind of questions may be asked in the interview round and especially the first-timers. Hence, here we bring a collection of interview transcripts of candidates who have entered the final round and faced the board of members.

 

Here, we are sharing their individual experience in the interview round with the board of members. Candidates can go through these interview transcripts which may help them to prepare for the personality test/interview round.

 

UPSC Interview Transcripts

With a sole objective to enhance the candidates’ preparation for the personality test/interview round, we are presenting a collection of interview transcripts of candidates who attended the personality test round (who may have or may have not cleared) and shared their experience and questions asked by the board.

 

After a thorough research on the Internet, we have compiled a host of UPSC Civil Services Examination Interviews by various boards in several years. These transcripts were referred from various institutes’ websites, candidates’ blog and some were bought from Amazon and other resources. These interview transcripts are also available on the internet on different websites.

 

Objectives of the UPSC Civil Services Examination Interview Transcripts

• To know the individual candidate’s interview experience so that whoever in future may appear for the UPSC interview round will get a fair idea about the Board Members and the interview room environment

• These transcripts will give a fair idea to candidates about what kind of questions was asked by the board, how the candidates answered those and how the board would draw a conclusion based on the answers given by a candidate.

• Candidates can prepare themselves by answering these questions as it will make them more confident while facing the interview board.
