Overview of the Bihar STET Exam Pattern
Bihar STET comprises Paper 1 and Paper 2. Candidates who have applied for the Bihar STET Secondary (9-10) school teacher posts have to write Paper I, whereas those who applied for the Senior Secondary (11-12) school teacher posts have to appear for Paper 2 exam. Paper I Bihar STET (Secondary School)
Paper 1 exam is for candidates who wish to teach Grade 9 and 10 (Secondary) students. Bihar State Exam Board (BSEB) announced 25270 vacancies for the post of secondary school teacher for the following subjects.

- Urdu
- Sanskrit
- English
- Mathematics
- Science
- Social Science

Points to Remember: Bihar STET Paper 1
- Every question will carry 1 mark.
- There is no negative marking for wrong answers.
- Paper-I is of objective type, which will contain multiple choice questions (MCQs).
- Each MCQ will have 4 options and candidates need to choose the right answer from the options.
- Paper 1 consists of 150 questions, which has to be solved in a duration of 2 hours 30 minutes.
Paper- II Bihar STET (Senior Secondary School)
Paper 2 is for candidates who wish to teach Grade 11 and 12 (Senior Secondary) students. Bihar State Exam Board (BSEB) announced 12065 vacancies for the post of Senior Secondary school teacher for the subjects given below.
