The steps to withdraw UPSC application are:
Step 1: Visit the UPSC official website (https://upsc.gov.in/)
Step 2: Under “What’s New,” section, click on ‘Withdrawal of Application: Civil Services (Preliminary) application”.
Step 3: A new window will appear – Click on “Click Here”.
Step 4: Under the ‘Withdraw Application’ Column, click on ‘Click Here.’
Step 5: Read the instructions carefully before submitting your withdrawal.
Note: The withdrawal window for UPSC 2021 was between 31st March and 6th April 2021.
