Pros: Saves money and water, lowers the risk of soil erosion, easy to install, fertilizer doesn’t mix with groundwater, promotes healthy growth, limits natural dangers to crops like chances of weeds, funguses, or water pests.

Cons : High initial investment requirements, regular capital requirement for replacement of drip irrigation equipment, drip irrigation emitters are vulnerable to clogging and dysfunction, high skill are required for irrigation and water management, soil salinity hazard.
