The Western Ghats are called Sahya Parvatam in Kerala. It is called Sahyadri in northern Maharashtra. It extends from the Satpura Range in the north, go south past Goa, through Karnataka and into Kerala and Tamil Nadu ending at Kanyakumari embracing the Indian ocean.
