Fluvial landforms are the landforms created by the movement and energy associated with rivers and streams. Examples of fluvial landforms are given below

  • Fluvial Erosional Landforms: Gorges, canyons waterfalls, rapids and river capture etc.
  • Fluvial Depositional Landforms: Floodplains, oxbow lakes, natural levees and Delta etc.
