What is the difference between diammonium phosphate and monoammonium phosphate?

The main difference between di-ammonium phosphate(DAP) and mono-ammonium phosphate(MAP) is DAP fertilizer contains about 18% nitrogen whereas MAP fertilizer contains about 10% nitrogen. MAP fertilizer contains about 50% phosphorus, whereas DAP fertilizer contains about 46% phosphorus. DAP has relatively a high nutrient content.
