The 128th session of the International Olympic Committee chose Beijing as the host city for Winter Olympics 2022.
The Winter Olympics and Summer Olympics for the year 2022 will be hosted by Beijing. It is the first city in the world to host both the Olympic games.
The official motto of Winter Olympics 2022 is “Faster, Higher, Stronger”.It symbolizes the concerted efforts of the world to overcome the adversities of COVID-19.
The game includes 109 events and 15 disciplines. Big air freestyle skiing and women’s mono bob are the debut items in the Winter Olympics, 2022.
This is officially the 24th Winter Olympic games.
The Winter Olympics 2024 will take place in Paris, France.
The Winter Olympics is an international sporting event which was held for the first time in Chamonix, France.
The International Olympic Committee was founded by Baron Pierre de Coubertin in 1894.
