• The Karnataka PUC Board has announced the final timetable for the 2nd PUC board exam in April/May 2022. Check the KSEEB Class 10 and Class 12 Time Table to know more.
• The PUC Board has announced the dates for the 2nd PUC board exam in 2022. The exam is scheduled to start on 22nd April 2022 and continues up to 11th May 2022. The exam will be conducted in offline mode, in the morning session from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm.
• The Karnataka Pre-University Education Board has extended the date for fee payment enrollment for repeaters and private candidates appearing for the 2022 II PUC examination.
• The Pre-University Education Board of Karnataka has announced the dates for the examination for students in 1st PUC. The exams are scheduled to start on 28th March 2022 and end on 13th April 2022.

About the Karnataka PU Examination Board

The Department of Pre-university Examination Board or the PU Board of Karnataka conducts the exams for students in 1st PUC and 2nd PUC. Additionally, the department also sets the syllabus, curriculum and textbooks for both classes. The board generally conducts the examinations for 1st PUC in March/April and the board exams for 2nd PUC in April/May.

Eligibility Criteria for the Karnataka PUC Board Exam

Here is the eligibility criteria or minimum requirements for students to appear in the 1st PUC and 2nd PUC Exam 2022:

Karnataka 1st PUC Exam 2022

• The student should have passed Karnataka SSLC or equivalent examination from other state boards.
• Students from countries other than India should obtain a Karnataka 1st PUC Eligibility Certificate.

Karnataka 2nd PUC Exam 2022

• The student must be enrolled in the 2nd PUC or Class 12 of an institution that is affiliated with the Department of Pre-university Education, Karnataka.
• The student must have passed the 1st PUC exam or Class 11 exam from the Department of PUC, or any other board recognised by the department.
• The student must have the required attendance in the 2nd PUC.

How to Apply for the 2022 PUC Board Exam?

Here is the process to apply for the 2022 PUC Board Exam:

• The application process for the 2022 PUC Board Exam will be held in offline mode. Regular students can apply through their respective schools or colleges. Private students need to apply through the head office of DPE or through schools.
• Students need to fill the form with details like their name, parents’ name, address, school name, etc.
• Along with the application, students need to attach a passport size photograph, required documents like birth certificates and/or caste certificates, etc.
