Humming Bird Multiple Intelligence Test (HMIT)

Humming Bird Education administers the HMIT to help Olympiad hopefuls improve their factual, logical, and problem-solving abilities. Mr Nitish Jain funds the organisation, which aims to help students write world-level Olympiads by bringing together all of the top Olympiads.

The Humming Bird Multiple Intelligence Test (HMIT) is a two-level test administered to students in grades I to XII. It is affiliated with the CBSE, ICSE, state boards, and any other recognised board in India. The exam will last one hour and will consist of multiple-choice questions. The organisation is devoted to instilling the correct mindset in pupils as well as improving their factual, logical, and problem-solving abilities. Exam Highlights and Important Dates

The HMIT is a two-part test designed to help students improve their logical and problem-solving abilities. The examination will last 60 minutes. It includes 40 subject-specific questions and 20 intelligence-based questions to assess the student’s higher-order thinking abilities. Humming Bird is also the first organisation in India to hold regional language olympiads, assisting state boards and students. Humming Bird Education began two new sets of tests in 2020. Language tests (for six languages) and the Educator Excellence Olympiad (EEO) are the two sets.

Eligibility Criteria for HMIT 2022

Humming Bird Multiple Intelligence Test (HMIT) is open to students in Classes I to XII who are affiliated with CBSE/ICSE/state board or any other recognised board in India.

To prepare for the test, students must refer to their appropriate class curriculum. Maths, science, English, general knowledge, and reasoning are among the topics covered.

The Level 2 exam qualification criteria are shown below.

  • In the Level 1 examination, students must score at least 75%.
  • The top 10 students in each class in the state.
  • If at least 10 students participated in the school, first and second place in the class will be awarded.

For students who passed the HMIT Level 1 test, the HMIT Level 2 exam will be held in the first week of February. They will provide the school with a list of qualified students.

Application Form For HMIT

There are three sections to the application form. Students must first have their parents sign the Parent Consent Form and send it to the School Coordinator along with the required fee.

The school must first register itself using the School Registration Form (first part of the Registration Booklet) and then fill out the Student Registration Form with the names of interested pupils (the second part of the Registration Booklet).

The coordinator should attach the Parent Consent Forms to the Registration Booklet and send it to Humming Education (P) Ltd. through the post (offline) or email (online). Payment for HMIT 2022 Registration can be made online or by sending a demand draft in the mail.

Syllabus for HMIT 2022

The student benefits from the syllabus since it exposes them to the topics on which questions will be asked in the test, allowing them to better prepare for the exam.

The syllabus for HMIT 2022 may be found in the free book and app that students get after registering. Students can access a huge number of audio and video tutorials using mobile applications.

Exam Pattern for HMIT 2022

HMIT consists of multiple-choice questions in which students must select the proper option from a list of four options. There is no negative marking for giving an incorrect answer or leaving a question unanswered.

With a total exam period of 60 minutes, students will be tested on their higher-order thinking abilities with 40 subject-based questions and 20 intelligence-based questions.

Admit Card for HMIT Exam 2022

The HMIT 2022 Admit Card is available for download on theHumming Birds official website. Students can access their student profile at Humming Education by using their registration number as the login and password.

Without a hall ticket, students will not be permitted to enter the examination hall. After obtaining the admission card from the Humming Education site, students must obtain a printed copy.

Things to be Noted

  • Humming Bird has a number of exam dates available; schools can choose any one of those days to conduct the exam.
  • Separate question papers are required for different dates.
  • At least a month before the exam, the form should arrive at the Humming Bird office.
  • Payment must be made by DD or cheque. There will be no cash payments accepted. Humming Bird has not given anyone permission to take money from the schools.

Results of HMIT 2022

The HMIT result will be posted on Humming Bird’s official website. The results will also be emailed and mailed to the individual institutions. Students can enquire about the result with their School Coordinator.

If the student entered an inaccurate registration number on the OMR form, the result would not be presented. Such students can enquire about their grades by contacting the school administration.

Along with the HMIT 2022 result, candidates will receive a participation/rank holder certificate and a Student’s Performance Report (SPR).
