There are few long-term treatments available to treat and control the inflammation or swelling of the stomach linings. This treatment depends on the Acute and Chronic causes of Gastritis. Few antibiotics are used to destroy the invaded pathogens and other medications are used to neutralize and reduce acid production in the stomach. Apart from these medicines, few healthy diets and other lifestyle changes are advised to reduce indigestion, burning and irritation in the stomach.
