Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) was established on November 1, 1956. Since then APPSC has played a pivotal role in conducting exams for various government posts in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
Notification for the APPSC Group 1 exam 2022 was released on September 30, 2022. The Preliminary exam of Group 1 Services was conducted on 8 January, 2022. The Mains exam will be conducted from April 23rd 2023, to April 29th 2023.

Total carried forward and fresh posts/vacancies for Group 1 Services
The 2022 notification invited applications (online) for a total of 2 CF (carried forward) and 90 fresh vacancies for Group-1 Services. Carried forward vacancies are the ones that are brought forward from previous year recruitments.
