Candidates looking to apply for this examination must be –

      • A citizen of India
      • A subject of Bhutan
      • A subject of Nepal
      • Any Tibetan refugee who came to India to settle down before 1st January 1962.
      • Any Indian origin Indian who has come to India to settle permanently and belongs to either of these countries – Burma, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Vietnam, Zaire, Zambia, Ethiopia, The United Republic of Tanzania, Malawi, Uganda, and East African Countries of Kenya.
    1. Educational Qualification

Aspirants must also have a minimum educational qualification as mentioned below –

      • Interested candidates must have a degree from a recognized university.
      • Aspirants need to have proper knowledge of computer applications.
      • They should have proper skills in using database programs and MS Office.
      • Candidates must have a relevant bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
