What is an example of ocean-ocean convergence?

In ocean-ocean convergence, two oceanic plates converge or collide. The denser plate subducts into the asthenosphere below the convergence zone. Trenches are formed at the surface of ocean-ocean convergence. The location where the sinking of a plate occurs is called a subduction zone.
