What type of government controls everything?

Totalitarianism is an extreme version of authoritarianism. A system of government, in which there is a single party dictatorship, the state is all powerful and the individual is subordinated to the state is known as a totalitarian regime. 

In other words, it is a political system where the state holds total authority over the society and seeks to control all aspects of public and private life wherever necessary.
