When and where was the first International Earth Summit held?

  • The first International Earth Summit was held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1992. It brought together the members of the international community to discuss important issues related to environmental protection and socio-economic development.

    • The last Climate Change Conference was held in Santiago, Chile, in 2019.
