Which social religious reformer from Maharashtra was popularly known as Lokhitwadi?

Gopal Hari Deshmukh was a social reformer from Maharashtra popularly known as Lokhitwadi. It was the pen name he wrote under for the weekly known as Prabhakar. In the weekly we wrote many article that called for the end to caste discrimination, dowry system, child marriage etc.
