Age Limit Criteria for SSC CPOÂ
The age limit described will be as per the SSC CPO Notification released in 2020. The SSC CPO notification for 2021 will be released in August 2022 and it is evident that the 2022 notification will be subsequently released soon after. Hence the details of the age limit will be as per the 2020 notification.

Age limit of the candidates should be from 20 to 25 years as on 01-01-2021 i.e. Candidates born not before 02-01-1996 and not later than 01-01-2001).
The upper age limit relaxation for various categories are given in the table below:

- The date of birth should be documented in the Matriculation/ Secondary Examination Certificate and provided in the application form accordingly.
- The period of “Call up Service” of an ex-serviceman in the Armed Forces shall also be treated as service rendered in the Armed Forces for purpose of age relaxation as per rules
