• Candidates must submit any legitimate documents that support their eligibility criteria, such as proof of age, educational credentials, and job experience.
• In the online application, the candidate should provide the percentage attained in Graduation/Post-Graduation computed to the nearest two decimals. Where CGPA/ OGPA is given, it should be translated to a percentage and entered into the online application. If invited for an interview, the candidate must show a certificate issued by the competent authorities, specifying the University’s rules for converting grades into percentages and the percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in accordance with these norms.
• The passing date of the eligibility examination shall be the date printed on the mark sheet or provisional certificate given by the University/Institute. If the result of a specific examination is posted on the University/website, Institute’s a certificate issued by the relevant University/Institute authority showing the date the result was posted on the website will be considered the date of passing.
• Percentage marks are calculated by dividing the total marks received by the candidate in all courses throughout all semesters/years by the aggregate maximum marks in all subjects, regardless of Honours/optional/additional optional topics, if any. This will also apply to universities where class/grade is determined solely on the basis of honours marks. The fraction of the percentage obtained will be ignored, i.e. 59.99 percent will be treated as less than 60% and 49.99 percent will be regarded as less than 50%.
