APPSC conducted the Group 1 2022 Prelims exam on 8th January, 2023. The result (digital evaluation) for the Prelims examination was declared on January 27, 2023.
APPSC Group 1 Mains exam dates have been announced. The exam will be scheduled from 3rd June to 10th June 2023. Candidates who had qualified the Prelims could submit their Post Preference from 6th March to 18th March 2023.

Application fee for the APPSC Group-I examination 2023
As the APPSC is yet to notify the Group-I 2023 notification, you can go through the following table to know the application fee payable by various categories. The table given below provides information on the exam fee that was applicable to the non-exempted category and exempted categories for the Group-1 2019 candidates:
Non-Exempted Category
Non-exempted category has to pay both the application processing fee and the examination fee.

Exempted Category:
The following categories of candidates are exempted from payment of examination fee only i.e. Rs. 120.

4. | Applicants belonging to the categories given above (except Physically Handicapped Persons & Ex-Service Men) who hail from other States are not entitled for exemption from payment of fee. |
Mode of payment of application fee: Points to remember
The following payment gateways can be used to pay the application fee online:
- Net Banking
- Credit Card
- Debit Card
List of banks through which you can pay the online application fee will be available on the official website of APPSC.
- The application fee is non-refundable.
- If you fail to pay the application fee (except for the exempted categories) online, then your application will be rejected.
- Any other mode of payment eg: demand draft is not accepted.
- If a candidate wants to make corrections in the application form, he/she will be charged Rs.100 per correction. However, changes in the name of the applicant, application fee and age relaxation are not allowed.
