BPSC has released a notification with 286 vacancies to recruit for the post of Assistant Engineer (AE) in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering in the Urban Development & Housing Department Bihar. BPSC Assistant Engineer Exam Pattern
BPSC AE examination for civil, electrical, and mechanical consists of 6 papers(4 compulsory papers and 2 optional papers). Compulsory paper is an objective type paper. Its has 4 subjects and the time duration for each subject is 1 hour. There will be penalty of ¼ mark for each wrong answer. The exam pattern details are given in the below table

BPSC Assistant Engineer Cut-off
The cut off marks for BPSC Assistant engineer examination will be declared after release of result of the examination. The minimum cut off required to qualify for each category in the examination is given below.
